How to Obtain Bid/RFP :

Any subsequent addenda will also be available at this web site. It is the bidders/offerors responsibility to assure that all addenda have been reviewed and, if needed, signed and returned. Addendum 4 		Construction of English Field Indoor Batting Facility at Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, VA.
Scope: The project is generally described as an 8,400 SF Pre-Engineered Metal Building over a 4,200 SF First Floor. The building includes concrete retaining walls on the first floor and cmu interior walls on the second floor. The main floor space on the second floor is a recessed concrete slab for future installation of Field-Turf (NIC). The First Floor will provide storage space. The second floor will provide a practice area for the Baseball Team along with accessory spaces such as toilet rooms, drinking fountains, mud room and a small storage room.
*All bids must be submitted to the Purchasing Department located at 270 Southgate Center, Blacksburg, VA 24061 by 2:00 p.m. on July 22, 2008.		 *July 23, 2008
